Swim Smarter is delighted to announce its swim school, that specialises in teaching front crawl to adults of all swimming abilities, will kick off again from Monday January 23rd.

The eight-week course will help both beginners and competitive swimmers to master the front-crawl and the school will be running two of the courses, which will take place at Sidcot School and Churchill Sports Centre.

Carol Tratt, who is one of the swimming instructors said:

“Each eight-week course focuses on balance and rotation, developing skills which facilitate easy breathing, streamlining and efficient arm and leg action. On previous courses we have had people doing triathlon who want to make their stroke more efficient, to beginners who maybe just swim breaststroke and have always wanted to swim front crawl but never mastered it.”

According to Carol numbers are usually limited to a maximum of 10 in a group with two instructors for each group. The course costs £98 which includes tuition and pool admission.

Swim Smarter launched last year and in that time has already run many successful groups, with Carol having plans to expand the business in 2012.
