With the health and well-being of adults and children as important as it ever has been, and the excesses of Christmas still lingering, now is the perfect time to embark on a programme of fitness and life skills training according to Clevedon’s Gary Baker.
Gary is the founder of Karate Leaders, also based in Clevedon North Somerset, which is a martial arts and life-skills training centre where adults and children can gain attributes such as self-confidence, self-defence skills and self-discipline.
Gary comments: “We have a selection of programmes where adults and children can not just get fit through Karate but also gain better health and self-confidence. Ultimately it’s about helping adults and children become leaders and now is the ideal time to kick-off as it’s still close to the beginning of the year.”
Gary is a 5th Dan black belt in Shotokai Karate with 23 years experience of the martial art and 10 years experience in coaching adults and children. He is also fully insured and CRB checked.
The location of the classes are All Saints Church Hall, All Saints Lane, in Clevedon every Tuesday at 3.45pm and 8.00pm, and St. John’s Church Hall, Hillside Road, Clevedon on Friday at 4.30pm and 8.00pm.
